About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Builder / Multiskilled / Bricklayer to join our team.

This role involves working on social housing repairs and some planned works across Nottinghamshire. If you have a passion for construction and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of building tasks including bricklaying, plastering, tiling, and carpentry.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance on social housing properties.
• Execute planned works as required.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within set deadlines.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Builder / Multiskilled / Bricklayer.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid CSCS card is preferred.
