Key Responsibilities - Biology Teacher:
• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Biology lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
• Inspire a love for Science through practical investigations, discussions, and real-world applications.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing targeted support and feedback to ensure strong outcomes and meet individual learning needs.
• Contribute to curriculum development, sharing best practices and resources with colleagues.
• Support students in preparing for GCSE and A-Level examinations, fostering high aspirations and academic excellence.
• Participate in departmental and whole-school initiatives, including enrichment activities and trips.

Person Specification - Biology Teacher:
• UK QTS required with a strong subject knowledge in Biology.
• A passionate and dynamic teacher with the ability to motivate and challenge students of all abilities.
• A collaborative team player, eager to contribute to a supportive and high-performing Science department.
• A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practice.
• Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
