Bilingual Customer Service Advisor, Lichfield, Permanent and full-time, up to £28k

Bilingual Customer ServicesMust be fluent in either Dutch, German or FrenchPermanent and full-timeHybrid WS14 basedUp to £28,000 per annum (based on exp.)
Key duties:

  • Act as first point of contact for customer
  • Answer customer queries
  • Offering customer support
  • Work alongside European offices
  • Respond to customer questions
  • Process customer orders
  • Complaint handling
  • Manage your own customer account database

    • Required skills/experience:
  • Customer service or relevant experience
  • It is essential that you are fluent in either German, Dutch or French
  • Administration skills
  • Local to Lichfield area
