About The Role:
A forward-thinking and multi award-winning architectural studio in London is looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join the team on an initial 3 month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the built environment and will have InDesign and Microsoft Office proficiency. The practice are approaching a busy period and require a proactive individual that can hit the ground the running.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify leads and opportunities for new projects and bids
- Ensure all bids are executed promptly, following the practice's standards
- Manage SQ and tender responses by communicating with sub-consultants
- Ensure submissions are well written, within scope and branded.
- Ensure all bids are supported with collateral documents
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Experience in a bid coordinator position within the build environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite required, and CRM/ERP/PIM systems are preferable
- Excellent analytical and prioritisation skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
