About The Role:
A prominent, global architectural studio, renowned for its high-profile projects is actively looking for a Bid Coordinator to join their team in London. Their legacy lies in pioneering and sustainable design, with a primary focus on transportation hubs, cultural landmarks, and iconic architectural marvels.
This position revolves around orchestrating and delivering bids, proposals, and tender applications. You will spearhead project management for bids, driving the evolution of the bidding process by refining templates, enhancing response quality, and incorporating digital tools. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support bid management from initiation to submission, ensuring high-quality proposals and timely delivery
- Create, review, and refine bid content, maintaining best practices and a strong knowledge base
- Manage bid information, update project data, and collaborate with architects and leadership for content accuracy
- Coordinate with the Bid Executive to develop standard and tailored documents
- Conduct research on potential projects/clients and analyse bid briefs
- Track bid outcomes, gather feedback, and refine content for continuous improvement
- Assist in business development efforts and support with auditing and analysis
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Relevant bid experience, ideally in architecture or the built environment
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and project management skills
- Experience with database management and content organisation
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign
- Self-motivated and structured work approach
- Effective interpersonal skills, engaging at all levels
