Key responsibilities of a Behaviour Mentor:
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist children with challenging behaviour, using empathy and excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers and the SEN team to create a positive learning environment.
- Use your creativity and aspiration to inspire students to reach their potential.
- Contribute to the overall ethos of integrity, creativity, and aspiration within the school.
- A minimum 2:1 degree from a Top 20 UK University.
- Outstanding A-Level results.
- A passion for working with children, particularly those with SEN.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent listening skills.
- A desire to progress within the field of education.
- Location: Hackney, London
- Pay: £95-£105 daily via PAYE (including holiday pay)
- Contract Type: Full Time, Long Term until July 2025
- Start Date: ASAP
