Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Reception/Year 1 Teacher for two terms, from January to the summer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our youngest learners, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and/or Key Stage 1.
• Strong understanding of child development and early years pedagogy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
