Bank Physiotherapy Technician - Woodland Hospital - Bank Hours
The role
Whilst under guidance of the orthopaedic outpatient therapy team you will be required to complete initial therapy assessments, provide interventions and facilitate discharge planning for a designated caseload of patients.
There will also be the necessity to support the team with administrative duties. The post holder will also be expected to partake in the delivery of group exercise and rehabilitation treatment programmes, We are looking for the successful candidate to have suitable experience who is passionate and enthusiastic that can bring their experience to our orthopaedic inpatient team.
You will have the opportunity to work jointly with a range of experienced staff and will work as part of a wider, multi-disciplinary team on the ward. Experience of working as a therapy assistant or in a hospital/caring rehabilitation environment is essential.
The physiotherapy department delivers a structured in-service training programme, underpinned by regular clinical supervision, mentoring, and peer group support.

Woodland Hospital is one of Northamptonshire's leading private hospitals located in Kettering. Woodland Hospital has 28 single rooms, all with en suite facilities, 10 short stay beds and a surgical extended care unit. The fully equipped theatre suite with ultra clean air technology is particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures offered such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacements, including hip resurfacing and spinal surgery.
