Your new company
Our client is a global company looking for a customer service professional to join their large team in Farnborough.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing a highly professional level of service to each customer by understanding the enquiry (telephone or email); gathering and researching information, whilst taking responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided to both internal and external customers.
Administering related operational activities as well as liaising with external suppliers and partners to ensure continuity of service. You will be expected to deliver weekly and monthly KPIs whilst building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Proven experience in customer service over the phone and via email
Excellent attention to detail
