Job Description
Automation Engineer | Ruby Unix Chef
Rate: £510 per day
Job Type: Inside IR35 Contract
Hybrid Model: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Working as part of the DevOps team
- Dealing with automation and configuration management processes
- Quality control of code and dealing with infrastructure compliance
- Design, develop and maintain inspec baselines
- Integration into CI/CD pipelines
- Ensuring security and compliance
- Providing technical leadership and guidance
Requirements
- Worked in cloud environments | AWS, Azure, GCP
- Experience in UNIX/Linux environments
- Strong experience with Chef | Infra, Aitomate, Inspec
- Strong experience with Ruby programming
- Coding and maintaining Inspec baselines
- Worked in an Agile environment
