Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit Execution: Lead audit assignments from initial planning through to finalization, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and client requirements.
  • Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing advice on financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and technical support to ensure audit work is carried out effectively and efficiently.
  • Audit Review: Review audit files and reports, identifying any areas of risk, and ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standards.
  • Business Development: Support senior management in identifying new business opportunities, helping the firm expand its client base.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest auditing and financial reporting regulations, ensuring compliance and technical accuracy in all audit engagements.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of audit experience, preferably within a practice environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
    • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to manage relationships and communicate complex information clearly.
    • Ability to lead and manage audit teams, ensuring quality and efficiency in all assignments.
