  • Job Share: Full-time (38.5 hours per week) - maternity cover, 12-months contract
  • Location: FLOCERT GmbH Headquarter Bonn, Germany
  • Salary: The salary and benefit package depend upon qualifications and experience, within the scope of the CBA, tariff group V
  • Start date: 1 January 2025 or as soon as possible

Are you fluent in German and English? Do you have a passion for ensuring quality and compliance? We are seeking a dedicated Assurance Analyst to support our trade customers during a maternity cover period.

As an Assurance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in engaging in assurance services and audit processes for our esteemed clients. This position involves extensive interaction with high-profile customers and collaboration within a diverse team environment. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting, assessing, and interpreting data to provide strategic insights and support decision-making processes.

Your responsibilities
  • Organise the application process of new customers in the assigned region and languages
  • Actively communicate with applicants and certified customers, providing necessary information and addressing the specific needs of key accounts
  • Oversee designated customers and services and applying the assurance methods defined within the respective assurance scheme
  • Assist in the ongoing enhancement of assurance processes and contribute to cross-functional projects within FLOCERT
  • Perform analysis of assessment reports or data sets to support the production of insights and conclusions
  • Assist in the selection, performance evaluation, and training of auditors
  • Enter and maintain accurate and timely data on all platforms and for all assigned data sets
  • Assist in identifying and delivering new assurance services as required
Your qualifications, experience and skills
  • University degree (B.A. or equivalent) or vocational education in Business, Agronomy, Economics, Food Science, or related fields
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in an office and customer-oriented environment
  • Fluency in German and English, both oral and written
  • Strong dedication to customer service with excellent communication skills
  • Previous work experience in an international environment is advantageous
  • Excellent team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Dedicated working style with outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to multitask with a focus on detail and timely delivery
  • Fluency in any other European language (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch) is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong motivation and commitment to Fairtrade principles
