Job Description
An exciting opportunity to join Antwerp Dental Group, a privately owned and operated group of ten practices based around Cambridge.
Our teams are made up of experienced and qualified support professionals, and our investment in leading edge technology such as scanners, CBCT, and CAD CAM are matched only by our standards of great patient care.
We are currently looking for a Senior Full time associate for one of our Cambridge locations. The associate will operate a 70% private book, with all new patients being private and will divest NHS care to Therapists. The Senior Associate will derive a payment for supervising the care from 2-3 Dental Therapists and will assist us develop a patient care model with Dental Therapists providing NHS care. The Senior Associate will be required to only provide 1 day of NHS care per week (a waiting list for NHS care will exist). This will be in relation to out of scope work from Dental Therapists.

GDC Registered
An individual committed to private dentistry
An individual who will work with the Principal to develop a Therapist led NHS model which will promote private care for the Dentist
