m2r Education are working with a leading further and higher education provider in Cambridgeshire who are looking for a Trainer/Assessor in Electrical Installations to start as soon as possible.
As an Assistant Head of Department for Electrical Installations across both their Cambridge and Huntingdon Campus, you will support the Head of Department to provide high quality management, leadership and guidance across the curriculum and to provide an excellent learning experience which ensures high achievement for all students, through exemplary practice in teaching, learning and assessment.
Requirements:
- Must hold Level 5 or above teaching qualification such as DET, DTLLS or Cert Ed / PGCE
- A Full level 3 NVQ Construction qualification relating to the curriculum area.
- Must hold or working towards IQA Award or equivalent.
- Extensive relevant experience working in an education/training provider.
- Recent teaching experience in the relevant curriculum area
- Evidence of professional updating & development
- Ability to work across multiple campuses
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- UK Right to Work
