About the role

  • The assistant ecommerce trading manager is responsible for the day to day trading and how the categories show up across Boots, contributing to total Boots revenue & profit growth
  • You will be seen as the digital expert in your category, holding a clear understanding of the drivers for the category, the market and digital road map.
  • Delivery of new product launches, salesplan, online trade plan and owning the digital plan for your categories.
  • Managing multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure your categories are appropriately supported.
  • Supporting development initiatives and process improvements, ensuring that ecommerce trading and customer requirements are captured.
  • Responsible for legal and safe trade of own categories online and delivery of KPIs

What you'll need to have

  • Digital experience working in an e-commerce role or able to demonstrate an active interest in e-commerce with trading experience
  • Strong numeracy and administration skills with the ability to analyse and report data.
  • Stakeholder management experience and confident engaging with peers and third parties (e.g. product suppliers)
