As our new Assistant Director of Family Help, you will take forward strategic change and transformation, building on our strong reputation for universal and early help services, as demonstrated in our recent focused visits and local area SEND Inspection. We are fully committed to implementing the government's ambitions in family help and intervention services, and you will bring the passion and energy to achieve excellent performance, developing positive collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within the borough and across South Yorkshire. This is a key role in reshaping Social Care and Early Help, ensuring seamless delivery of services at a community level to ensure that children's needs are met.
Working across a broad portfolio, this is an exciting opportunity to broaden your existing knowledge and skill set and collaborate with an experienced team to ensure that improving children's lives is at the heart of everything we do. The role will require excellent stakeholder relationship skills, working with statutory partners, the voluntary sector and communities within our borough. You will bring experience of leading children's early help and social care services within a local authority context, but most of all we are seeking someone with the passion and ambition to deliver the best services for the children, young people and families of our borough.
