My client is seeking an experienced sales person to take over an existing ledger in the North West of England.
This is a consultative, on-farm sales role where you will advise farmers on a wide range of products including feed, fertiliser, seed, animal health and general farm supplies. For more technical queries you will benefit from the support of inhouse specialist such as nutritionists.
This established business are seeking a diligent sales person who is able to continue providing an excellent service to the territory's existing customer base whilst also working hard to find new customers.
The role:
- Sales & advice on a broad range of agricultural products - feed, fertiliser, seed, animal health etc.
- Visiting customers on farm
- Management of existing accounts
- Business development
- Attending industry events
About you:
- Strong agricultural background
- Sales experience
- Proactive and able to work autonomously
- Good communication skills
- UK driving licence
