About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse application performance and provide management reports.

About You:

• Experience in application support or IT systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, databases, and networking principles.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools and processes.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve application-related incidents.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota and support critical IT systems.
