As a key figure in this programme, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising essential applications, swiftly resolving incidents, and implementing sustainable solutions to enhance system performance. You will drive service excellence by creating problem reports, managing change requests, and contributing to knowledge management to prevent future issues.

To excel in this role, you must have expertise in Java for application troubleshooting and development, along with experience in monitoring tools such as Grafana and the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). A strong understanding of ITIL best practices in incident, problem, and change management is essential. Your ability to analyse complex technical challenges and proactively improve processes will be highly valued.
