Application Architect/French or Dutch/Hybrid/Brussels/550 € pd

Excellent contract opportunity for Application Architect.

Fluent English together with Dutch or French.

Location: Brussels. Two days a week onsite.

Duration: 2 months.

Rate: 550 Euros per day

A leading client is looking to strengthen its application architecture team to help transform its core business information system (pension allocation, payment and communication) into smaller, isolated entities corresponding to functional areas.

The domain and application architect has two complementary roles:

• As a member of the application architecture team, you bring real-world experience to complete and develop the overall architecture plan.
• You participate in drawing up and formalising architectural rules for creating applications.
• You continuously train in the methods and technologies that can help the customer to improve their information system.
• The domain architect ensures that the architecture of the applications make up the domain complies with the rules defined by the application architecture team and at IT level.
• You intervene according to the needs of the domain (architecture definition, coding, code revision, technical guidance, advice to analysts, discussions with the business, etc.)
• You encourage and participate in experiments in your field.
• Very good ability to learn, pass on knowledge and challenge yourself.
• Good ability to write documentation in English.
• Experience with social security is an important asset.

The position means that you must be physically present in the offices in Brussels at least 2 days a week.
