Your Role as Dynamics 365 Application Administrator
We are looking for an experienced application administrator specializing in Dynamics 365. In this role, you will provide both functional and technical support for the implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 within our organization. You will play a key role in improving our application environment and supporting our IT organization of 40 professionals.
Responsibilities:
Functional and Technical Support: Provide support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, including incident and change management.
Optimization: Improve the operation of Dynamics 365 across different business units.
Process Monitoring: Monitor processes and procedures post-go-live and ensure SLAs with implementation partners are met.
Implementation Support: Assist with implementation projects and advise on the setup and configuration of Dynamics 365.
Problem Analysis: Conduct thorough problem analyses and test delivered solutions.
Authorization Structures: Set up and manage authorization structures within Dynamics 365.
Who Are You?
Experience: Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 AX (F&O preferred) and related technologies.
Hard Skills:
In-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics AX/365 (F&O), including configuration and management.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server for data management and problem-solving.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Azure is a plus.
Analytical: Excellent analytical skills with a hands-on mentality.
Communication: Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Team Player: Service-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with end-users and vendors.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally if needed.
