Job Description

This multi award winning agricultural association are looking to grow their team, based at the heart of UK rural business, Stoneleigh Park. This influential business strive to support the dairy industry in all areas, working towards a sustainable, profitable and successful future.

They hold a number of industry leading events, conferences and talks aimed at the sector as a whole. As Events Executive, you will be an integral part of the team in a busy and dynamic role which will see you coordinating conferences, dealing with membership enquiries, external stakeholders and managing the company's online newsletters.

A bit more about the role responsibilities

• Managing membership administration and annual renewals.

• Representing the business at events and conferences both held by the business and external.

• Attending and assisting with company events- everyone gets stuck in to help.

• Basic website management.

• Budget control.

• Leading award events.

And about you

• You will have experience in a similar role which involves a high level or organisation, interpersonal skills and financials/budgeting.

• Experience of the UK rural sector would be highly advantageous, particularly an affinity with the dairy sector. Those with the desire to learn would also be considered.

• To be based within a reasonable commute of Stoneleigh Park, this is a hybrid role but you will be expected in the office 3 days per week.

A competitive salary will be on offer to reflect prior experience.
