• AsAgile Program Manager, you'll orchestrate the collaboration of product management and engineering for acustomer-facing solutionor the coreplatformof our product.
• You will foster thecreation, prioritization, and predictable realization of the solution roadmapwith particular attention tocollaborationanddependencies.
• You aim to be part of thesolution leadership teamand ensure you always have up-to-date data toreport to higher managementandfacilitate decision-making.
• In close collaboration with your team, you willroll out and scaleagile methods and principles in parts of the organization and continuouslyoptimizethem.

• Several years of professional experienceas anagile project/program managerorenterpriseagile coachworking with distributed teams (international experience is a plus).
• Excellentproject management, execution, and planning skills.
• Strong communication skills, experience running workshops using various techniques depending on the problem at hand and fun working with people.
