I am delighted to have partnered once again with a Property Consultancy based in the City who are looking for a Commercial Agency Surveyor to join the team. With a great workflow and a history of success, they are seeking someone ambitious to join them! The role required holding an MRICS with 1-3 years PQE experience!
Your new role

• Attend and conduct pitch presentations to new and existing clients on the services they provide
  
• Assist /lead on the development and execution of real estate strategies and transactions which support the Clients core business, plans, and objectives.
  
• Work closely with external parties such as project managers and fit-out contractors, ensuring a smooth and seamless process
  
• Producing tenders, heads of terms, terms of engagement, market reports and cash flows
  
• Working with management to improve team processes and consistently updating them with significant deal information
  
• Working across Leasehold Disposals and Acquisitions
  
• Produce bespoke disposal strategies
  
• Co-ordinating designers and architects on refurbishments
  
• Hosting market events/ campaigns
  
• Provide training and advice to Graduate Surveyors in the team for APC training and already qualified surveyors where relevant
  
• Collaborate daily with the Business Development team on all opportunities
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Chartered Surveyor with at least 3 years' experience
  
• Proficient using Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  
• Experience using CRM systems
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  
• Excellent numeracy skills
  

What they offer

• Salary ranging from £55,000 - £65,000
• Newly qualified up to Senior level
