This role sits within the Workforce Planning department and is a very fast paced role. We are looking for an administrator with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, to provide support the WFP team. You will be managing the email inboxes and actioning requests, this may include updating Law consultant's diaries, updating multiple systems, dealing with queries both internally and externally amongst other duties.   • To analyse the work being undertaken by the Department to make key-critical suggestions for improvements.
Job Overview

To prioritise workforce optimisation of tasks within the legal services department. Have the ability to work with various systems to audit and enter vast amount of data and information. Be required to speak daily with legal consultants over teams calls and face to face managing their workloads. You will also take responsibility for the updating and closure of files whilst ensuring the accuracy of data relating to ongoing matters or following their conclusion. A material aspect of the role will also be the responsibility for the analysis of data and reporting of outcomes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • To provide strong process management for each individual tribunal cases, monitoring all source for incoming cases and ensure prompt and accurate logging.
  • To ensure that appropriate time scalers are achieved in obtaining case documentation.
  • To monitor the departmental caseload on an ongoing basis to ensure case files are appropriately owned at all times.
  • Auditing and housekeeping tasks from numerous systems.
  • Meet departmental and company protocols and KPI's. (Keeping department inboxes within agreed SLA)
  • Liaising daily and frequently with legal consultants and legal executives over teams, email and face to face regarding their workloads and requirements.
  • Inbound calls and outbound calls to legal consultants, legal executives, tribunals. The need for the calls is to usually gather information to allow the department to plan and run more effectively.
  • Occasional client telephone calls required (inbound/outbound).
  • Liaise with other departments over teams, email and calls to gather required information.
