Are you an administrator with 6 months+ experience looking for an opportunity in a city law firm? This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an entry level candidate looking to kick start their secretarial career in a leading firm! Key responsibilities:
- Photocopying, scanning, archiving and filing
- Processing expenses
- Assisting with billing
- Dictation
- Document production
To be considered for this role:
- Ideally you will have completed a secretarial qualification
- Experience with Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- An enthusiastic team player
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
