Job Description
Administrative Assistant Manage and maintain office systems, including data management and filing. Handle emails and other communications. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, data entry. Assist with project coordination and management. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). The ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
