Seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator, to be based in Leicester city centre.
The successful candidate will handle general enquiries, manage email correspondence, answer the telephone in a polite manner, and ensure that our office operations are efficient and up to date, ensuring a smooth process.
Full-time, 35 hours- 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.
£24,000- £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Your key responsibilities will include: - General Enquiries: Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls and emails, providing information and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments.- Email Management: Monitor the company's email inbox, ensuring all emails are responded to in a timely manner and keeping track of correspondence.- Scheduling and Booking: Book in appointments, meetings, and site visits as needed, ensuring that all schedules are well-organised and up to date.- Data Entry: Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems to ensure all information is accurate and easily accessible.- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including preparing documents, reports, RAMS, and presentations as needed/requested.- Office Coordination: Assist in the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring supplies are stocked, and any office needs are met.
