Administration and Personnel Manager

Salary: c. £35,000 depending on experience

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Hours/Days of work: Monday - Friday 10.30 am -6.30 pm, Thursday 1.30-9.30pm (some home working available).

Camden Art Centre is recruiting for an Administration and Personnel Manager. Working closely with the Deputy Director and other key staff this is a broad and dynamic role, working across the organisation to lead on creating an efficient, warm and cohesive environment.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years' experience of working in a complex administrative role and have excellent people and team leading skills. If you are a highly organised, proactive and professional individual, thrive in a fast-paced dynamic working environment and have enthusiasm for nurturing a happy and effective team, then this is the role for you!
