What you'll be doing

• Completing complex manual calculations to support business enquiries.
• Providing responses to complex policy enquiries to support other business areas.
• Updating and testing regular changes to systems including regular bonus updates, policy fee updates and premium rate changes.
• Using and interrogating complex spreadsheets to enable complex non-standard queries to be answered.
• Supporting Mainframe migrations and changes; particularly, specifying the calculations to be migrated to new systems.
