Gary Halbert Sheridan Maine is excited to be working with a prominent Bristol-based organisation who are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join the business on a 3-month fixed-term contract basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an immediately available Accounts Payable professional to join the team in a varied assignment. Key responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Analyst will include:
- Handle the complete accounts payable process, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations.
- Accurately process accounts payable invoices and credits, meeting strict SLAs.
- Manage and execute payment runs.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Efficiently manage inboxes, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
- Proven experience in a accounts payable, preferably within a larger organisation.
- ERP systems experience.
- Analytical mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Spanish language skills are desirable but not essential .
- Hybrid Working: Enjoy a flexible working pattern, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
