Your new role
You will be managing the invoicing and Purchase Order process for a busy contract working with between 30 and 40 contractors. Managing the PO process, raising PO's, querying authorisation, taking ownership of the reconciliation. Internal and external liaison regarding PO's and covering the administration around the PO management process.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous Purchase Order management and be experienced in purchase ledger, reconciliations, Purchase orders, reconciling PO's, chasing PO authorisers and the administration around the successful processing of PO's and PO requests. You will have experience of using Sage 50 and have excellent communication skills. You will be looking to work on a part time basis for 3 full days being Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and these will be based in the organisations new offices in Croydon.

You will be part of a larger, vibrant team. You will have ownership of the PO process and be the main lead for this central contract. Your salary will be pro rata to the hours that you work - this role is looking for between 21hrs and 24 hours per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and they are based in the company offices.
