Job Description
Credit Controller

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Familiarity with Xero (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Bank Reconciliations: Managing both client and office accounts.
  • Electronic Payments: Setting up and sending CHAPS, Faster Payments, BACS, and internal transfers.
  • Billing/Credit Notes: Handling billing and credit notes.
  • Debit/Credit Card Transactions: Managing transactions.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Including matter listing housekeeping, write-offs, journals, and scanning.
  • Credit Control

What You'll Get in Return
Work Arrangements: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Holidays: 25 working days.
