Global services business near to Wrexham with a large and high performing finance team

Your new role
Due to business growth and increased workload, the accountant FTC job has been created. Duties include:

  • Ensure that all company financial transactions, assets and liabilities are accurately recorded and properly accounted for
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in Accounting standards and guidelines
  • Month-end close of the financial ledgers for respective company(s) of responsibility
  • Primary responsibility for journal preparation for all routine accruals/prepayments
  • Identify opportunities for continued work intake and work closely with the local teams
  • Perform SAP month-end closing activities (period-close, revaluations)
  • Complete, review and comment on the monthly Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation Pack
  • Lead quarterly Balance Sheet Review meetings with local management


What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an accountant with previous experience working for large, complex businesses. You'll be available to start immediately,or at short notice.

Initial 6 month FTC with a strong potential for either an extension, or to turn permanent
