Responsibilities- Achieve sales objectives within the assigned geographic sector.
- Sell products specific to the market segment through sustained collaboration with strategic suppliers and active promotion of our portfolio and services.
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding of customers' challenges to effectively communicate the value proposition of Thermo Fisher Scientific and expand market share.
- Apply our digital strategy by applying internal tools and encouraging customers to use available resources like our business website.
- Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to improve market penetration and achieve set objectives.
- Collaborate actively with customers through regular and qualitative interactions with users, buyers, and decision-makers.
- Implement and deploy our pricing policy to optimize sales volumes and profitability.
- Use internal resources to improve customer face-to-face time.
- Build and maintain strong connections with colleagues within the Thermo Fisher Scientific group, seeking support from manufacturers to strengthen technical expertise and secure deals.
- Manage, implement, and develop profitable annual contracts in collaboration with European account managers.
- Proven experience in sales within the industry.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to determine customer needs and successfully implement solutions.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools and strategies to improve customer engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
