Main Mission:
Promote and sell Thermo Fisher Scientific products and services from the Clinical Diagnostic division in the Western region of France (Department), ensuring their alignment with the needs and happiness of our customers.

Hierarchical Reporting: Laboratory Sales Director
Internal and External Relations:
Business Segments: In Vitro Diagnostics
Internal: Sales team, Marketing, Management, Sales Administration, Customer Service
External: Healthcare customers, specifically public and private laboratories, healthcare institutions (biologists, biomedical engineers, laboratory technicians, quality managers, buyers, etc.)
Activities:
- Prospecting, negotiating, selling, and growing our market share for all our product ranges in accordance with the objectives and commercial and pricing policies set by the commercial management.
- Participating in the establishment of sales forecasts for their sector.
- Deploying a key account approach for public (GHT) and private clients in their sector through close coordination with the Key Accounts Manager.
- Close collaboration with the clinical specialists team for the development of common customer accounts.
- Monthly reporting of sales and machine placements to their sales director.
- Developing commercial action plans in line with commercial and marketing strategies.
- Monitoring and responding to tenders, and preparing commercial offers.
- Working closely with marketing on evolving customer needs.
- Organizing and conducting presentations for biologists on our products.
- Organizing commercial tours respecting the priorities defined in the action plans.
- Daily updating of a CRM (SFDC).
Knowledge & Skills Required for the Position:
Degree:
- Master's degree or equivalent in the scientific (biology) and/or commercial field.
Scientific Knowledge:
- Medical Biology.
Technical Knowledge:
- Market and environment of medical biology and its partners.
- Sales techniques.
- Immunoassay.
Specific Knowledge:
- Knowledge of hospitals and the reimbursement process for IVD products.
- ISO 13485, ISO 20511 standards.
- Accreditation standards 15189 & 22870.
