Job Description
Doctors Direct have a new and exciting opportunity for a Registrar to work with us at George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust in A&E .

We are looking for a dedicated doctor ready to work in a fast-paced environment at The George Eliot NHS Trust.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

As an accident and emergency doctor, it will be your responsibility to clinically assess all new arrivals to the accident and emergency department. You'll need to assess patients quickly, with often little information to go by, you'll need to have wide-ranging medical knowledge and be able to think on your feet. Although this can be challenging, this hugely rewarding job will put you on the front line of saving lives in emergencies. Commonly, you'll need to respond to accidents and emergencies as varied as:
Minor cuts
Traffic accidents
Strokes
Heart attacks
Self-harm
Alcohol and drug-related ailments

Details about the role are:
Grade : Middle Grade/Registrar
Location : George Eliot
Start date: ASAP on going until further notice.
Shift patter n: Monday - Sunday, day/night shifts, full & part time hours available
Rates : £70-£80 depending on experience (£70 core & £80 unsocial)
Payment method: PAYE we do NOT facilitate payment through LTD/umbrella companies
Valid GMC
Right to work in the UK
Clinical attachment complete and minimum of 3 months paid experience in the NHS/UK
Must have 6 months paid UK experience as a doctor
