Your Responsibilities:

• High level 3rd line support for multiple projects; troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Travel on site to deliver projects
• Last point of escalation for Azure, and associated Microsoft technical issues
• Must have significant experience and be competent in speaking with multiple stakeholder clients.
• Work across the full Microsoft stack supporting customers.
• Analyse customer problems and provide suitable solutions within SLA timescales.
