2nd Line Engineer

2nd Line Engineer - Leighton Buzzard- Hybrid - £30,000 to £35,000 per year

FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a leading Technology company to assist with their recruitment of a 2nd Line Engineer.

The successful candidate will be helping to action the implementation of complex project engineering activities, working with the Head of department. Ensuring project goals and objectives are met.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Log and Investigate customer tickets.
• Provide Level 2 Server, Network, and Desktop Technical Support.
• End to end ownership of a customer ticket.
• Manage and work to internal and customer SLA's and escalate any concerns.
• Managing client expectations.
• Work closely with the customer to maintain and support the infrastructure.
• Action Hardware and software installations.
• Create and maintain customer specific infrastructure documentation within the IT Glue Knowledge System.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as an IT engineer supporting customers.
• Familiar with working to SLA's to meet both customer and contract requirements
• Working as part of a wider service delivery team.
• Knowledge in MS Windows Server Technologies, Active Directory, Office 365
