Contract: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to lead the 24-7 Academy.

The 24-7 Academy is a life-changing, residential leadership development programme for young adults aged 18-30, based at Waverley Abbey.

An exciting new venture in partnership with Waverley Abbey Trust, 24-7 Prayer and Emmaus Rd Church to disciple and equip a new generation of Christian leaders, to help deepen their character and provide an immersive experience in Lectio 365 prayer rhythms to guide them in living a Jesus-centred life.

This role is pivotal to both the development and delivery of the programme, taking responsibility for creating a safe and supportive environment where participants can be discipled and equipped to live a Jesus-centred life.

Overseeing the recruitment and delivery of two cohorts per year: a summer/autumn cohort starting in late August and a winter/spring cohort starting in February.

You will be working with the Waverley Abbey monastic community living onsite as well as the 24-7 Academy Steering Group, to bring the shared vision to life and manage the day-to-day service and delivery of the programme.

Outside of managing the day-to-day of the active programme periods, you will focus on recruitment, training volunteers, and preparing for the next cohort.

As this is a brand-new role, we re happy to discuss any aspect of the role and are open to shaping it to fit the right person

This role holds a Genuine Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010 to be a practising Christian who assents to Waverley Abbey s Statement of Faith.
