Job Description

1st Line Support CONTRACT role - 5 days on-site

  • Location - Ipswich
  • School experience essential
  • Day rate - £170 DOE
  • 2-3 months contract (potential to extend)

Skills required:

  • - MS O365
  • - Windows 11
  • - Active Directory
  • - 1st Line Support experience
  • - Networking infrastructure eg Routers, Switches, VLAN configuration
  • - Zyxel networking knowledge preferred but not essential
  • - Salamander Sync Provisioning software or similar would be beneficial
  • - Device repair and support ie laptops, desktops
  • - DBS checked or ready to do one ASAP
  • - Excellent communication and customer service skills at all levels
