Location: Brussels (Remote possible, Candidate must be based in Belgium only)

End Date: 31/12/2025 + extension possible

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled WinDev Developer to join a dynamic team working on the development and maintenance of CRM systems, with a strong focus on financial products and social housing solutions.

This is a long-term freelance opportunity, ideal for someone with in-depth knowledge of WinDev, financial regulations, and web service integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Development in WinDev: Build and maintain a CRM tailored for mortgage and consumer credit management.
• Application Migration: Convert an existing application from OpenEdge (Progress Software) to WinDev.
• Web Service Development: Create WinDev Web Services for communication with external web forms and ERP systems (Unit 4).
• Database Management: Work with various databases, including OpenEdge, HFSQL, MS SQL, and PostgreSQL.
• SharePoint Integration: Enable seamless data flow between the CRM and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Financial Calculations & Compliance: Implement loan-related calculations (eg, TAEG, notary fees, registration duties) and ensure compliance with federal/regional mortgage regulations and FSMA standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in WinDev development.
• Strong understanding of mortgage and consumer credit systems.
• Experience with OpenEdge (Progress Software) and database migrations.
• Proficiency in web service development and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with HFSQL, MS SQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Unit 4 ERP and SharePoint.
• Fluent in French.
• Must be Belgium-based.
