Warehouse Coordinator

Hales Group are happy to be working with very well-known brand throughout East Anglia They are looking for Warehouse Coordinator to join their successful warehouse team on a 6 month FTC. This is a challenging and rewarding role. The successful candidate would ideally have good IT skills, including an understanding of the SAPB1 system, as well as administration/time-management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. This role will be site-based working 40 hours a week on day shift with some flexibility to work from home on occasion. The main duties will include:

• Managing internal and external customer relationships
• Managing the order and invoice processing for all customers
• Overseeing and managing service levels to all customers
• Building a good relationship with our contracted haulier, and managing the flow of deliveries between us, them and our customers
• Being the main point of contact for invoicing queries
• Providing cover for the Warehouse Co-ordinator, to include REVL orders, PPE orders, tanker paperwork
• Producing documents, general office work and supporting the Warehouse and Logistics Supervisors
