This is a permanent role starting ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
• Work with small groups and individual children to boost learning and development
• Help create a stimulating and safe learning environment
• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing educational activities
• Provide pastoral care, ensuring the emotional and social wellbeing of all students

Ideal Candidate:

• Enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing with a love for working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a proactive approach
• Relevant qualifications in childcare or education (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a school or early years setting is highly desirable
