We are looking for an experienced Global Trade Services (GTS) Project Manager to lead the implementation and management of trade compliance and supply chain projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in trade regulations, customs processes, and SAP GTS (or similar trade compliance systems), coupled with exceptional project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver global trade and compliance projects, ensuring they align with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• System Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP GTS or other trade compliance solutions, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Compliance Expertise: Ensure project alignment with global trade regulations such as import/export controls, customs classifications, and free trade agreements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with supply chain, logistics, compliance, IT, and external partners to gather requirements and drive successful project outcomes.
• Change Management: Develop training and documentation to support organizational adoption of new systems or processes.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in trade processes and systems, creating mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Reporting: Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and successes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, IT, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in global trade compliance or supply chain.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP GTS or equivalent global trade management systems.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs requirements, and compliance standards (eg, EAR, ITAR, HTS, ECCN, etc.).
• Certifications: PMP, Six Sigma, or relevant trade compliance certifications are a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (eg, MS Project, JIRA).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
