Your new company is a social housing organisation based in North Wales.
Your new role
Your new role, an initial temporary position until end of March 2025, will require you to oversee a team of void co-ordinators, maintenance officers and admin staff ensuring all void works carried out are to an excellent standard. The organisation operates on a price per property model.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you'll need to have experience working on WHQS or decent home upgrade projects. You'll need a building studies or construction related HNC/D.
What you'll get in return
In return, you'll get an initial 6 month contract with view to going permanent subject to future structures.
