Reception Class Teacher

We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Reception Class Teacher to join a fantastic mainstream primary school in the Hayes area. This full-time role, following pay scale guidelines, requires availability for 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will have previous teaching experience, with a strong preference for those with experience in early years education. About the Role: As a Reception Class Teacher, you will:

• Full-Time Commitment: Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, leading and supporting young learners during their foundational early years.
• Creative Lesson Planning: Design and deliver engaging, dynamic lessons that capture children's imagination, using visual aids, interactive activities, and hands-on learning tools.
• Early Learning Development: Guide children in mastering key skills such as recognizing letters and numbers, developing language, and building early cognitive abilities.
• Safe and Nurturing Environment: Ensure your classroom is a welcoming, child-friendly space that promotes safety, curiosity, and active learning.
• Parental Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents by providing regular updates on their child's progress and offering strategies to foster growth both at school and home.

What We're Looking For:

• Availability: Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and able to start immediately.
• DBS Check: Either already hold or be willing to apply for a Child-Only DBS.
• Experience: Prior experience working as a Reception or Early Years Teacher in the UK, with a strong understanding of young children's needs.
• Passion for Early Years: A genuine love for teaching young children and watching them grow and flourish in their learning journey.
• Knowledge of EYFS: In-depth understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and experience in delivering early childhood education.
• Location: Able to commute or live within a reasonable distance of the Hayes area
