Project Manager - Construction

Project Manager required close to Heathrow Airport on a long-term freelance basis.

Your new company
A main contractor who delivers fast track projects is currently in need of a Project Manager. The role is on temporary basis for around 40 weeks and is based close to Heathrow Airport.

Your new role
The project is the construction of new build commercial warehouses close to Heathrow Airport. You will be the Project Manager on site delivering the project with a dedicated site team.
Previous experience of commercial new build projects would be an advantage.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience of working on commercial projects / warehouses
ASTA Powerproject system use
CSCS Card
Good background in construction projects from start to finish
Able to manage subcontractors on site

What you'll get in return
A long-term freelance role up to 40 weeks
Parking on site
Monday-Friday working
Paying £300 - 350 per day UMB or PAYE
