To support our growth, NGIS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and management of our Indoor Solutions product range. If you want to explore new horizons and be involved in the latest technologies, don't hesitate and join us!
The position
As a Product Manager for the Indoor Solutions product range, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Indoor Solutions products. This includes product planning, development, and execution throughout the product life cycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, both nationally and internationally, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing success of our Indoor Solutions product range.
Main responsabilities
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the Indoor Solutions product range, aligning with company goals and market demands.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use this information to inform product development and positioning.
- Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, specifications, and features. Ensure timely and high-quality product development and delivery.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure client satisfaction. Use client insights to drive product improvements and innovation.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance, including sales, client feedback, and market trends. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive product success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments within the group to ensure alignment and effective execution of product initiatives.
Your profile
To be considered for the role of Product Manager for the Active DAS product range, you should have a master's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus. You should have at least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry, and experience with Indoor Connectivity Solutions is highly desirable.
You will need strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You must be capable of working effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Furthermore, you should be proficient in Dutch or French and English to effectively communicate with different team members.
Additionally, a solid understanding of Indoor technology, wireless communication systems, and related industry standards is required.
Proven leadership skills, including the ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment, are essential for this role. You should be result-driven, with a track record of bringing projects to a successful conclusion.
