MuleSoft Developer

MuleSoft developer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the deployment, automation and monitoring of applications and services that utilise the platform. This role will focus on optimising the development life cycle, ensuring high availability, and improving the scalability of integration solutions.

This role is essential for ensuring that MuleSoft integrations are deployed efficiently, operate reliably, and can scale to meet demands.

Key responsibilities:

Deployment and Configuration:

• Automate the deployment of MuleSoft applications using CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage and configure Anypoint Platform environments, including CloudHub, on-premise, and hybrid deployments.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Set up and manage monitoring tools to ensure the health and performance of Mulesoft applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, availability, and reliability of integration services.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including patch management and upgrades of the Anypoint Platform.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure that all integrations and APIs comply with security standards and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to development and operations teams.

Automation and Scripting:

• Develop and maintain automation scripts for build, deployment, and configuration tasks.
• Implement automated testing and validation processes to ensure the integrity of integrations and APIs.

Performance Optimization:

• Analyse and optimize the performance of MuleSoft applications and APIs.
• Implement caching, load balancing, and other techniques to improve scalability and responsiveness.

Documentation and Training:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of deployment processes, configurations, and best practices.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to team members and stakeholders on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform usage and best practices.

Security and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data security and privacy.
• Implement security measures such as encryption, access controls, and audit logging within the Anypoint Platform.
